Help make Indian River County a TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) County.

Indian River County is one of the few remaining Treasure Coast counties without a community cat program. TNVR is proven to be one of the most effective and humane ways to reduce the number of community cats and reduce nuisance behavior. Catch and kill is not supported by the public and is a gross misuse of tax dollars.  Help us to help them and achieve a reduction in euthanasia for our community cats.

Please call your local city and county commissioners and tell them you support TNVR!

A LITTLE ABOUT our 501(c)3 organization!

Indian River Community Cats, Inc. is committed to changing the future of Community Cats.  We are dedicated to preventing future generations of homeless cats, through the humane practice of trapping, spay/neutering and returning the cats to their colonies.  We also vaccinate for rabies, microchip and ear tip for future identification.

We are an all volunteer, nonprofit, organization.  We receive no funding through government agencies.  All donations are gratefully accepted.  We also are always in need of food for colonies!   Please Text 772.913.3333

2024 goals

Despite 2023 being a very tough year for so many, we are happy to share that we were able to TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) 70 cats!    Rescues were filled beyond capacity and yet we were still able to change the lives of 70 cats.

An additional 15 cats found forever homes through our Barn Cat program! Now they have the very important job of rodent management! Special thanks to H.A.L.O. No-Kill rescue for their assistance with the success of this working cat program!
